Panoramic camera from NCTech enables 360 degree imaging

Designed for rapid 360 degree imaging, the iSTAR panoramic camera captures full spherical images and high resolution panoramic data streams for visual documentation of an environment. The iSTAR camera features four pre-calibrated, synchronized CMOS image sensors that deliver a 50 MPixel spherical image. The panoramic camera also features Ethernet and USB ports, a new software development kit for measurement, an IP64-rated enclosure, Additionally, NCTech’s ColourCloud software has been integrated to allow direct import of raw image data from iSTAR to colorize scans captured by FARO laser scanners, all within the FARO SCENE software environment.
