On display at the Schneider Optics (Schneider-Kreuznach) booth at The Vision Show 2016 in Boston from May 3-5 will be the Xenon-Topaz high-resolution lenses, which are low-weight, compact lenses fitted with a C-Mount that are suitable for 1.1", 12 MPixel CCD and CMOS image sensors with pixel sizes of up to 3 μm. The lenses—which have a 17.6 mm image circle diameter—feature an optimized imaging performance for distances from 1 m to infinity, making them suitable for use in such applications as traffic monitoring, surveillance systems, vision-guided robotics, and machine vision. The Xenon-Topaz lenses are available in F2.0/30mm, F2.0/38mm and F2.0/50mm versions.
