At The Vision Show 2016 in Boston from May 3-5, Kowa will showcase its newly-launched HC-V series of anti-shock and vibration lenses, which are designed for applications that require increased durability in harsh environments. The 1” format lenses produce high megapixel resolution and low distortion, and instead of a conventional locking screw system for fixing the focus position, feature a two-way reversible nuts that decreases any damage that may occur due to heavy shock. Additionally, to adjust the F-stop, the HC-V lenses uses four interchangeable iris plates ranging from F1.4 to F8. Kowa’s HC-V lenses are available in six models with focal lengths of 8mm, 12.5mm, 16mm, 25mm, 35mm, and 50mm.
