Truesense Imaging’s KAC-06040 CMOS image sensor is a 2,832 x 2,128 pixel (6 MPixel) 1" optical format sensor which provides 10-bit full resolution at up to 160 fps. It joins the KAC-12040 image sensor as the latest member of the Truesense 4.7 µm CMOS image sensor family, a platform which provides both global and rolling shutter. In addition, the image sensor features a pre-configured video mode, multiple regions of interest for windowing, on-chip responsivity calibration, and overflow pixel for blooming reduction. The KAC-06040 is suitable for use in machine vision, intelligent transportation systems, and surveillance applications.
