Line scan USB 3.0 cameras offer easy integration into existing systems
USB 3.0 line scancameras from Schaefter+Kirchhoff are available with monochrome, color, or TDI sensors. A pixel frequency of up to 210 MHz enables high-resolution image acquisition for scan and measurement applications. The standard USB 3.0 interface, screw locks, and robust casing enable the cameras to be integrated into existing industrial applications. Drivers and a software development kit are supplied for custom programming and integration into LabVIEW is supported using a VI-library. Surface inspection of wood, paper web, foils, metals, minerals, and ores, as well as edge pursuit, position control, measurement of diameters and gaps, are suitable applications for these cameras.
