Waveaxis’ auto parts vision inspection system, which features three 5 MPixel CCD cameras with C-Type telecentric lenses, enables the automated inspection of all types of flat auto components.

Waveaxis’ auto parts vision inspection system enables the automated inspection of all types of flat auto components. The system features (up to) three 5 MPixel CCD cameras with C-Type telecentric lenses, LED lights with auto on/off, a pneumatic pick and place handler or high speed conveyor, 17" touch screen monitor, a system size of 1160 x 615 x 1990, and a feeding unit size of 720 x 600 x 1300. The system can reportedly inspect 50 parts per minute with a maximum part size of 50 mm x 50 mm. The auto parts vision inspection system runs on Windows PC and features accompanying image processing software.
