Xenics’ Bobcat-320-Star is a limited edition short wave infrared (SWIR) camera that is being offered to celebrate the 10th anniversary of the Xenics SWIR camera line. It is based on the Bobcat.1.7-320 and features an InGaAs detector, 0.9 to 1.7 µm sensitivity, 320 x 256 pixels with a 20 µm pixel pitch, Ethernet or Camera Link connectivity, a frame rate of 30 Hz, and trigger input. This infrared camera operates without thermo-electric cooling and with its C-Mount; the camera has access to a wide range of SWIR and visible lenses. In addition, the Xeneth basic and advanced software packages enable the user to control the camera, capture images, and optimize performance for each application. Bobcat-320-Star cameras are suitable for use in laser beam profiling, art inspection, solar cell inspection, hyperspectral imaging, online quality control, and thermal imaging of hot objects.
