Allied Vision Technologies’ six new Mako cameras feature a GigE Vision interface with a screw-lock connector and Power over Ethernet. The compact (29 mm x 29 mm) industrial cameras are available with the latest Sony CCD image sensors or CMOSIS CMOS image sensors from VGA to 4 MPixel size. Near-infrared versions of these sensors are also available for applications which require near-infrared sensitivity. In addition, the new Mako cameras feature camera temperature monitoring, robust metal housing, andoptocoupled I/Os (1 input, 3 outputs). Mako cameras are suitable for use in robotics, quality control, inspection, surveillance, and machine vision applications.
