By combining its software platform BendingStudio with the optical 3D measuring system MoveInspect HR, AICON created a quality control system for tactile pipe measurement. BendingStudio connects data and processes around the production of the parts, which enables manufacturers to monitor, quantify, visualize, and document changes in the process steps. MoveInspect HR is a portable, flexible system that reportedly works with constant process reliability and operates under difficult conditions on the production floor. This new quality control system will be featured at Control Trade Fair 2013.
