JULY 23--Pelco (Clovis, CA;www.pelco.com) has introduced two high-performance cameras featuring the company's LowLight technology. The CC3551H-2 Series digital color cameras and the MC3651H-2 Series digital monochrome cameras are high-performance video security cameras that produce outstanding images from full daylight to extreme low-light-level conditions. LowLight technology opens the door for a wide range of applications in video security.

Accessories for these cameras include Pelco's integral feedthrough mount--the PCM100--which holds the camera from the back end, providing a very secure, no-exposed-cabling camera installation. In addition, the PCM100 can be installed directly to a wall or ceiling or adapted to a standard 2 x 4-in. electrical box.

Additional features of the 3551 and 3651 series cameras include color-balance settings, gamma-level adjustment, automatic gain control, digital-signal processing for automatic backlight compensation, line lock, and long line compensation.
