Teledyne DALSA releases two new digital X-ray detectors
Teledyne DALSA has announced the availability of two new models in itsShad-o-Box HS X-ray detector line: The Shad-o-Box 3K HS and the Shad-o-Box 6K HS. The 3K HS model is a 2,304 x 1,300 pixel detector that features an active area of 114 mm x 64 mm and a maximum frame rate of 10 fps. The 6K HS model is a 2,940 x 2,304 pixel detector that features an active area of 145 m x 114 mm and a maximum frame rate of 5 fps. Both models feature CMOS image sensors, GigE interface, a pixel size of 49.5 µm x 49.5 µm, 14-bit digitization of images, and software development kits, drivers, and programming support. The new Shad-o-Box detectors are suitable for use in industrial X-ray inspection, scientific imaging, non-destructive testing, and small-animal imaging.
