Cognex will be presenting a machine vision solution that enables users to develop, deploy, and maintain 3D and multi-camera 2D applications at SPS IPC Drives in Nuremberg, Germany from November 25-27. Cognex’s Vision Designer software is a graphical, flowchart-based programming environment that integrates with other Cognex imaging solutions. Features include the ability to create custom plugins for hardware such as robots, motion stages, and machine control, and the deployment of a graphical user interface with 3D visualization.

The software, along with the VC5 vision controller, 3D laser displacement sensors, and new industrial camera models address 3D profiling and multi-camera applications and will be featured in a live demo at the booth.
