Aphesa to showcase Camera Link line scan camera family at VISION 2014
FIEye, Aphesa’s family of line scan cameras with a Camera Link interface, will be on display at VISION 2014. FIEye cameras feature Awaiba Dragster CMOS line scan image sensors in the following models:
- 2K pixels: Monochrome, 7 µm x 7 µm pixel size, 8/12 bit, CameraLink base
- 2 x 2K pixels: Monochrome or color, 7 µm x 7 µm pixel size, 8/12 bit, CameraLink full
- 4K pixels: Monochrome, 3.5 µm x 3.5 µm pixel size, 8/12 bit, Camera Link full
- 4K pixels: Monochrome, 7 µm x 7 µm pixel size, 8/12 bit, CameraLink full
- 2 x 4K pixels: Monochrome or color, 7 µm x 7 µm pixel size, 8/12 bit, CameraLink full
- 8K pixels: Monochrome, 3.5 µm x 3.5 µm pixel size, 8 bits, Camera Link full
- 8K pixels: Monochrome, 7 µm x 7 µm pixel size, 8 bits, Camera Link full
- 2 x 8K pixels: Monochrome or color, 7 µm x 7 µm pixel size, 8 bits, Double Camera Link full
- 16X pixels: Monochrome, 3.5 µm x 3.5 µm pixel size, 8 bits, Double Camera Link full
The cameras feature software for image pre-processing and sensor control and are suitable for use in such applications as web inspection, medical scanning, barcode detection, and print quality inspection.
