Xenics launching Serval LWIR camera at VISION 2014

Xenics will introduce the Serval long wave infrared (LWIR) camera—which is designed for industrial use—at VISION 2014.  

Xenics will introduce the Serval long wave infrared (LWIR) camera—which is designed for industrial use—at VISION 2014. The Serval-640-GigE camera features a 640 x 480 uncooled microbolometer (a-Si) sensor with a 17 µm pixel pitch and a spectral range of 8 µm to 14 µm. The camera also features an IP67-rated enclosure and can be integrated to third-party software by C# and LabVIEW software development kit over the GigE Vision interface. Serval infrared cameras are suitable for use in in-line process and quality control applications.
