e-con Systems introduces 5 MPixel RAW Bayer autofocus board-level camera
e-con Systems has announced the release of the e-CAM58_MI5680_MOD, which is a 5 MPixel RAW Bayer autofocus board-level camera with a MIPI CSI-2 interface. The camera is based on the 1/3.2” OmniVision OV5680 CMOS image sensor, which features a 1.75 µm x 1.75 µm pixel size and is capable of streaming full 5 MPixel Bayer RGB video at 30 fps and VGA video at 120 fps. The camera module can be used with any application processors or digital signal/media processers, as well as with USB UVC controllers with a compatible camera interface. The CAM58_MI5680_MOD camera is suitable for use in microscopy, surveillance, low-light imaging, mobile devices, and biometric imaging applications.
