Hexagon Metrology’s WLS qFLASH is a compact white light non-contact stereo vision system that utilizes blue LED technology for 3D industrial measurement applications. WLS qFLASH systems project random patterns on a part and capture that data with three 4.2 MPixel industrial cameras to create a 3D point cloud. The system features blue light LED technology, a 13.8” x 13.8” field of view, a 6.3” depth of field, an optimal working distance of 21.7”, and point cloud spacing from 0.19mm. In addition, the system features CoreView software for measurement and analysis. WLS qFLASH is suitable for use in factory automation applications such as metal parts inspection and measurement.
