Emberion exhibiting SWIR photodetector at SPIE Photonics West 2019

Emberion will exhibit its VIS-SWIR linear graphene image sensor at SPIE Photonics West 2019. The sensor reads a spectral range of 400 - 1800 nm, has a 25 x 500 µm2 pixel size in a 512 x 1 array, a photosensitive area of 12.8 x 0.5 mm2, and a maximum framerate of 100 fps.

Emberion will exhibit its VIS-SWIR linear graphene image sensor at SPIE Photonics West 2019. The sensor reads a spectral range of 400 - 1800 nm, has a 25 x 500 µm2 pixel size in a 512 x 1 array, a photosensitive area of 12.8 x 0.5 mm2, and a maximum framerate of 100 fps.

The sensor is built on a tailor-made CMOS ROIC, converts from analog to digital, features signal pre-processing, an electric shutter, and digital data output up to 16-bit resolution. According to Emberion, the sensor is designed primarily for spectrometry applications.

Emberion will be exhibiting at Booth 5381.
