Dual-band infrared zoom lenses from NEOS to be showcased at SPIE DCS 2017
New England Optical Systems, Inc (NEOS) will be showcasing its dual-band infrared zoom lenses, which are designed for 3rd gen detectors, at SPIE DCS 2017. These lenses operate in the MWIR and LWIR wavebands, and across a wide focal length range. The zoom lenses, as well as all lens assemblies produced by NEOS that require motorization of field of view and/or focus make use of the NEOS Advanced Lens Motion Controller. The controller is comprised of a Main Processing Module, a Lens ID Module, and one or more Motor Modules. Various Motor Modules are designed to drive one, two, or as many motors as necessary. NEOS designs and develops all lenses on a custom basis, and will be showing examples of what the company is able to produce.
