On display at the IO Industries booth at SPIE DCS 2017 will be the company’s Flare 48MP camera. The Flare 48MP features the CMV50000 7920 x 6004 CMOS image sensor from CMOSIS, which can produce full resolution, 12-bit images at 30.9 fps (over 2GBytes/sec of raw data). The camera—which is available in monochrome and color—provides four CoaXPress digital video outputs, which enable high-speed data transmission at up to 25 Gbps. Additionally, the camera has interchangeable lens mounts, including M58, Nikon F, and Canon EF with active lens controls.
