Custom microlens arrays from Holographix to be showcased at SPIE Photonics West
Jan. 4, 2017
At its SPIE Photonics West 2017 booth, Holographix will showcase its custom microlens arrays, which are available in such options as basic spherical, diffractive, aspheric, and micromirror arrays. These arrays are produced to submicron tolerances in a variety of shapes and packing configurations, with proprietary replication materials available in refractive indices ranging from 1.52 to 1.68. Additionally, 200 mm and 300 mm diameter wafers are standard, but larger sizes and custom shapes are also supported. Microlens arrays from Holographix are used in a variety of vision systems, ranging from LIDAR sensors for autonomous vehicles to machine vision inspection systems, according to the company.
