Latest smart cameras from EVT feature Xilinx Zynq boards and CMOS image sensors
EyeCheck 9000 smart cameras from EVT feature Zynq SoCs from Xilinx, which integrate a complete ARM Cortex-A9-based processing system and Xilinx programmable logic in a single device. The cameras are available in 8 models, which feature either a 1/3“ or 2/3“ CMOS image sensors in 640 x 480, 752 x 480, 1024 x 768, 1280 x 1024, and 2592 x 1944 formats and can reach speeds of up to 60 fps. Standard models feature grayscale sensors, but color, line scan, or thermal sensors are available. Additionally, the smart cameras feature EyeVision image processing software, which includes such features as pattern matching, code reading, and OCR reading. EyeCheck 9000 smart cameras feature GigE and RS-232 interfaces, with an option USB 2.0, as well as an LVDS interface, M12 connector, mini PCI Express card, and two micro-USB connectors.
