New from Emergent Vision Technologies is the PACE 10GigEline scan camera series, which are designed to enable machine vision applications with low noise and high-precision functionality in ultra-high-speed environments, according to the company. The first model is the LR-8K camera, which features the 8,192-effective pixel Elite 8K line scan global shutter CMOS image sensor from Teledyne e2v, which features a 7.5 µm pixel size and achieves a single line speed of 137 KHz, a bilinear line speed of 68 KHz, and a trilinear line speed of 45 KHz via 10 GigE Vision with SFP+ interface. Available in color and monochrome versions, the camera is both GigE Vision and GenICam compliant, and features an M72 x 0.75 thread and an F-Mount adapter.
