At SPIE DCS 2018, pco will showcase its pco.dimax cs4 high-speed camera, which is designed for harsh and demanding imaging applications, including vehicle crash tests or microscopy experiments. The cs4 camera features a proprietary 2016 x 2016 global shutter CMOS image sensor with an 11 µm pixel size and can achieve frame rates of up to 1102 fps at full resolution. The camera also features an HD-SDI video output, GigE interface, multiple lens mounts (including electronic lens control), 9 GB internal camera memory, high-G ruggedized body (150G for 11 ms), and automatic image calibration.
