LUCID Vision Labs, Inc. has released two new models in its line of Phoenix GigE Power over Ethernet (PoE) cameras that offer a lower price point than previously released models. Available in color or monochrome, the 24 x 24 mm micro compact cameras feature the 0.4 MPixel Sony IMX287 CMOS image sensor (PHX004S), and the 1.6 MPixel Sony IMX273 CMOS image sensor (PHX016S), which reach 291 fps and 77 fps, respectively. Like the other Phoenix cameras, the new models feature a board layout that be tri-folded into a stacked camera where it resembles a traditional cased camera but can also be unfolded into 90 or 180-degree orientations for a custom fit. Additionally, the GigE Vision and GenICam3-compliant cameras offer NF-mount lenses and Hirose’s ix Industrial Ethernet connector.
