Chromasens Releases Line Scan Camera

The machine vision camera simultaneously captures 2D color images along with a 3D point cloud.

Chromasens GmbH, a brand of TKH Vision, has released its 3DPIXA pro dual 200µm camera. With line rate speeds of 29.7 kHz, optical resolution of 200 µm/pixel, and FOV of 1400 mm, the camera simultaneously captures 2D color images along with a 3D point cloud. The stereo camera has factory calibrated lenses and a tri-linear CCD sensor.

Designed for tough industrial environments, the camera is IP50 rated, has sturdy housing, and measures 220.3 x 463 x 98.5 mm. It is compliant with the Camera Link interface and supports software libraries from MVTec (HALCON), Zebra Technologies (Aurora), National Instruments, (LabVIEW), and SAC (Coake) in addition to Chromasens' own 3D-API.
