OMNIVISION Launches New Global Shutter Sensor
OMNIVISION recently launched a new global shutter sensor, the OG0TC. This sensor is a small footprint, low power chip with on-chip single-exposure DCG technology for ghost-free, high dynamic range imaging. The sensor has 400 x 400 resolution with a 2.2 µm pixel built on stacked-die technology. The sensor has a 1/14.46-inch optical format and a 915.2 x 915.2 µm image area. It features automatic black level calibration and programmable controls for frame rate, mirror and flip, and cropping.
The chip has a 1.64 x 1.64 mm footprint and supports a flexible interface, including MIPI with multi-drop and CPHY. It has an operating temperature range of -30°C to 85°C. It is especially designed for a variety of machine vision cameras, AR/VR/MR tracking cameras, and vision systems applications.
