OMNIVISION Launches Three New Image Sensors

Sensors especially designed for machine vision applications such as factory automation, robotics, logistics.
Oct. 31, 2024

OMNIVISION recently launched three new  back-side illuminated global shutter sensors, designed especially for machine vision applications, including the  OG02C10/1B, OG03A10/1B, and OG05C10/1B. These BSI GS sensors, which come in chroma and black and white options, fit standard C-mount and S-mount lens mounts and support LVDS and MIPI interfaces. Designed for performance in low light conditions, they feature a 3.45 μm pixel and OMNIVISION’s Nyxel near infrared and  PureCel Plus-S technologies.

The OG02C10/1B has 2 MPixel resolution and 300 fps frame rate with 106 dB shutter efficiency. The OG03A10/B  has 3 MPixel resolution and 150 fps frame rate, and the OG05C10/B has 5 MPixel resolution and 120 fps framerate.

These sensors are especially designed for a variety of machine vision tasks across a range of industries and settings, including factory automation, robotics, and logistics applications.
