Lynred Launches New SWIR Sensor

Sensor designed for variety of machine vision applications requiring SWIR imaging.
Jan. 21, 2025

Lynred recently launched a new short wave infrared sensor, the Eyesential SW. This  is a 640 x 512 InGaAs global shutter sensor with a10µm pixel pitch and a spectral response of 0.9 - 1.7 µm. The sensor can achieve a maximum frame rate of 300 fps at full frame and 1200 fps at 320 x 256 resolution. It has a quantum efficiency rating of 70% from 1 to 1.6µm. The Eyesential SW is especially designed for machine vision applications requiring SWIR imaging capabilities, including sorting and inspections.
