The T4940 is an advanced, compact, and durable interline CCD camera ideal for machine vision, surveillance, aerospace, aerial mapping, transportation and other applications. The T4940 incorporates a number of unique features tailored to reduce system complexity, maximize interface bandwidth, and expand the usable operational range.The T4940 features the ON Semiconductor KAI-16050 CCD image sensor with a native resolution of 4896 x 3264 in an APS-H optical format. The camera delivers up to 8.8 frames per second and supports Camera Link® Medium and CXP-3 CoaXPress® outputs. The T4940 has excellent sensitivity, wide dynamic range and supports programmable image resolution, strobe outputs, trigger inputs, temperature monitoring, automatic exposure and gain control with multiple LUTs, and other high-value functions. The camera is fully field upgradable and available in both Ruggedized and Industrial versions with optional forced air cooling.The Imperx Tiger line provides excellent image quality with Imperx proprietary processing. In addition, Imperx puts you in control and gives you full access to raw data without corrections. Using the simple, intuitive graphical user interface, you can quickly apply image corrections, if desired. The T4940’s flexibility, image quality, and speed make it suitable for a broad range of diverse and demanding applications, but “one size doesn’t fit all,” and Imperx can help optimize the camera to your exact requirements.
