Princeton Infrared Technologies, Inc. is a fabless semiconductor company focused on supplying Shortwave Infrared (SWIR) detectors to the commercial, spectroscopy, machine vision and defense markets. As specialists in indium gallium arsenide (InGaAs) imaging technology, we focus on the design and manufacture of both shortwave infrared cameras, and one- and two-dimensional imaging arrays. We have detectors that image from 0.5 to 2.1 micrometers , which are useful for a variety of commercial and defense applications. These include detecting moisture, determining plastic types, plant health, fill level, as well as imaging lasers. Almost all imaging products have no ITAR export restrictions.
