IMPERX adds Sony Pregius to CHEETAH CMOS line at VISION Stuttgart 2016

Camera manufacturer IMPERX is pleased to add a selection of Sony Pregius CMOS image sensors into its existing CHEETAH CMOS camera family and will be demonstrating one of these new cameras at the VISION Stuttgart show, which runs from November 8-10, 2016.

These new Cheetah CMOS cameras will be ruggedized with an ultra-compact 37mm x 37mm cross-section and wide operational temperature range. Initially, Imperx will offer 3M and 5MP resolutions with a CameraLink output and a HD resolution with a 3G-SDI interface.

Visitors are invited to view a live demonstration of the Cheetah SDI-C2020 HD resolution and 3G-SDI interface camera at the Show. Now applications ranging from broadcast to defense can easily record HD video at 60 fps using the industry standard 3G-SDI interface with unprecedented sensitivity and dynamic range from the SONY Pregius CMOS image sensor.
