Embedded computers feature Intel Elkhart Lake Atom processors

The POC-40 and POC-400 lines offer fanless, compact designs.

Neousys Technology has launched two new series of compact, fanless embedded PCs featuring the Intel Elkhart Lake Atom processors, the POC-40 and POC-400 series.

The POC-40 is based on the Elkhart Lake Atom x6211E dual-core processor, offers two GigE, four USB, and four COM interfaces. An option for an isolated digital I/O is also available. M.2 B and M.2 E key sockets offer expandability for 5G/4G and WiFI 6/WiFi 5 modules.

The POC-400 features the Elkhart Lake Atom x6425E processor and a large suite of interfaces including three 2.5GBASE-T Ethernet ports with IEEE 802.3 PoE+ capability, two 4K DisplayPort, two USB3.1 Gen1, two USB 2.0, and COM ports. It also features an internal M.2 E key socket for a Google TPU or Intel Movidius VPU to enable lightweight AI edge inference applications.
