Designed specifically for use on small unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV), the FLIR Vue thermal imaging camera is a compact, affordable thermal imaging solution. Vue cameras are available in two models: a 640 x 512 and a 336 x 256, both of which feature an uncooled VOx microbolometer thermal imager and a spectral band of 7.5 to 13.5 µm. The 336 resolution camera will have 7, 13, or 19 mm lenses available, while the 640 resolution option will have 9, 13, or 19 mm lenses to choose from. In addition, the cameras feature a power-in/video-out interface, and with the included mini-USB cable, users can give the camera 5 volts of power and transmit analog thermal video out to an OSD or video transmitter.
