Aerial cameras and software from Phase One Industrial to be distributed through 1stVision
Phase One Industrial, a manufacturer of medium format aerial cameras, equipment, and software solutions, has signed a dealership agreement with 1stVision Inc, a North American distributor of machine vision and industrial imaging solutions.
Copenhagen, Denmark-based Phase One Industrial develops a number of cameras designed for aerial data acquisition in small aircrafts or UAVs, including the iXU-R camera series (pictured), which are available in 60 and 80 MPixel color, and 60 MPixel achromatic versions. The IXU-R 180 is a USB 3.0 camera that features an 80 MPixel CCD image sensor with a 5.2 µm pixel size that is compact enough to be integrated into a small gimbal or pod space or an oblique/nadir array. The IXU-R 160 is a USB 3.0 camera that features a 60 MPixel CCD image sensor with a 6 µm pixel size, while the IXU-R 160 achromatic is the same camera in monochrome. The cameras feature interchangeable 40 mm, 50 mm and 70 mm Phase One Rodenstock lenses equipped with central leaf shutters that can be quickly changed in the field.
Located in Andover, MA, USA, 1stVision sells industrial imaging products for factory automation, medical, aerial and many other vision applications. Their product portfolio includes industrial cameras, machines vision lenses, frame grabbers, lighting, and software from companies such as Allied Vision, IDS Imaging Development Systems, JAI, Teledyne DALSA, Kowa, Fuji, Tamron, CCS, and Advanced illumination, to name a few.
