Teledyne e2v Launches New Imaging Module

Module designed for short distance, 3D imaging applications such as smart factory automation, logistics, robotics.

Teledyne e2v has launched a new turnkey imaging module, the Optimom 5D. This imaging module c features color or monochrome Topaz5D image sensor, which is equipped with a 2 MPixel, 1920 x 1080 resolution, 2.5  µm pixel global shutter image sensor, compact board, standard MIPI-CS12 interface, and pre-assembled lens. It has a working distance of 40 to 130 cm and 48° diagonal FoV. The Optimom 5D is especially designed for 3D short distance machine vision applications such as smart factory automation, robotics, logistics and warehousing.
