Diffuse Bar Lights for Image Processing Inspection
CCS Inc. released the LB Series LED diffuse bar lights for image processing inspections, suitable for bright field, backlighting, wide-area uniformity, and diffuse dome illumination. The LB Series includes three emitting surface widths (50mm/100mm/150mm), 26 emitting surface lengths (200 mm to 2700 mm in 100 mm increments), four wavelengths (white/red/blue/infrared), and a high-output type capable of overdrive for select models. These products suit area scan applications for automotive parts, food, packages, etc. and line scan applications for film, paper, nonwoven fabrics, etc. There are 338 models with different size, color, and output options to meet the needs of a wide range of industries and inspection applications.
