Premio Inc. recently launched the RCO-3000-CML, a fanless, embedded edge computer. Designed for an array of applications, including machine vision, manufacturing and industrial automation, it is equipped with Intel 10th Generation Comet Lake embedded processors, which integrate within all Premio embedded systems, it can support multi-core CPU options ranging from Intel Core i3, i5, i7, and i9 processors. It is equipped with integrated Premio EDGEBoost I/O modules and has PoE technology, allowing power and ethernet data to pass through one cable, which not only reduces cabling costs but enhances flexibility and scalability. Options available include RJ45/M12 PoE connectors or add-on modules such as USB, LAN ports in 1GbE and 10 GbE, or M.2 B/M Keys for 5G, NVMe, and AI. It also has Wi-Fi and Bluetooth capability. For storage, it is supports up to 2x internal 2.5” SSD/HDD drives (1x internal, 1x via mSATA) and 1x external tool-less, hot-swappable drive, both of which are supported with RAID technology. A compact system, it has a footprint of 192 x 227 x 60.3mm, operates in temperatures from -25°C – 70°C and is rated at 50G shock and 5Grms vibration resistance.
