New SphereOptics-Hoffman executives named

MAY 12--SphereOptics-Hoffman (Contoocook, NH; www.sphere-optics.com) has appointed Joseph Jablonski as vice president of engineering and Chris Durell as director of sales.

Jablonski has worked in the electro-optics industry for 20 years in military, contracting, medical, and commercial environments. His responsibilities will include new product development and applications and technical support for light-measurement products. He holds a BS in physics and optics from the University of Lowell.

Durell has seven years experience with standard and custom optical measurement products and services. His expertise is defining lamp measurement and luminance/radiance standard configurations for user applications, and his responsibilities cover national accounts, custom components and systems, and Pacific Rim sales coordination. Durell holds a BS in electrical engineering from Cornell University.
