Datalogic’s PowerScan PBT9500 imager is the latest addition to the PowerScan 9500 family of imagers, which are 2D handheld area imagers designed for industrial applications. PBT9500 imagers feature omnidirectional reading capabilities of 1D and 2D codes, soft white light illumination, Datalogic’s Motionix motion-sensing technology, and an IP65 industrial housing. The imagers also feature a USB interface, an operating temperature range of -20 to 50° C (-4 to 122°F), and 10 hours of battery life. PBT9500 images are suitable for use in entertainment, manufacturing, and warehouse and logistic center applications.
