ABB Integrated Vision offers vision-guided robotics technology
ABB Integrated Vision is a smart camera system which enables vision-guided robotics applications. Integrated Vision cameras are powered by Cognex and feature imaging technologies such as Cognex’s PatMax algorithm for part location. The camera, which is housed in IP67 protective casing, is available in medium resolution (800 x 600 pixels), and high resolution (1,280 x 1,024 pixels) models. In addition, the camera comes equipped with ABB’s RobotStudio 3D programming software, which enables the programming of robots and vision systems offline. With ABB Integrated Vision, operators will be able to perform inspection applications including defect detection, guidance, alignment, and measurement in various factory automation environments.
