LMI Technologies (Delta, BC, Canada) and Stemmer Imaging (Puccheim, Germany) have signed a distribution agreement that will make LMI’s Gocator 2000 series of smart 3D sensors available in Germany, UK, Ireland, France, Austria, and Switzerland. Gocator is a new, simple-to-use, solution that enables 3-D measurement and control in factory automation.
"Gocator represents an evolutionary leap as it creates a new category of flexible 3-D sensors that are powerful, easy to use, and competitively priced," said LMI Technologies CEO, Terry Arden. "Gocator was developed to carry out 3-D inspection and integrate with factory I/O--all from a web browser experience."
