Laser operates in harsh areas

Providing 200 mW, the ZQ-200 laser is composed of an optical combination of three temperature-stabilized laser diodes that are focused to a customer-defined distance. The laser diodes are based on GaN-semiconductor technology and have been developed for CW operation, high output power, and durability. The ZQ-200 operates in the red wavelength range at 643 nm, but the wavelength can be shifted by changing temperature in steps of 0.05°C.
