The PCI-6202, a four-channel, 16-bit resolution analog output (AO) card, features differential nonlinearity <1 LSB (least significant bit). Designed specifically for dynamic signal simulation and control applications that require 16-bit accuracy through voltage output, it provides hardware-timed waveform generation supporting a simultaneous updating rate for four analog output channels simultaneously at 1 MS/s per channel. Multiple programmable I/O options are available: digital I/O (TTL), general-purpose timer/counters, motor encoder inputs, and PWM (pulsewidth modulation) outputs for simple motion control. All are integrated on a single board to reduce the need for additional motion and digital I/O boards. Linear position trigger is provided for encoder input; when the encoder counter reaches a preset value, an interrupt or trigger signal of 200-µs, 2-ms, 20-ms, or 200-ms pulsewidth is generated.ADLINK Technology
