Theindustrial automation market—including machine vision and robotics—is as strong as it has ever been in North America, as the use of such technology is helping companies, industries, and even nations, keep up with demands in cost, quality, speed, and more.
At the A3 Business Forum in Orlando, FL, USA this past January, Alex Shikany, Vice President, AIA, provided details on just how healthy the machine vision, robotics, and motion control markets currently are in North America. Specifically, he provided year-to-year details on sales and revenue, as well as information like the industries that are most commonly using the technologies and key drivers of growth.
Editor’s note: The A3 Business Forum is the world’s leading annual networking event for machine vision and imaging, robotics, and motion control professions. More than 650 global automation leaders attended the largest annual forum yet in 2018. >>> Learn more about the event here.
