The 54100 signal generators comprise 500 test patterns including general patterns for calibrating geometry, synchronization, focusing, convergence, bandwidth, interference, amplitude response, and clipping. Other patterns allow checking of A/D conversion and color reproduction. The 54200 also provides both mono and stereo test signals and a stable RF output.
