VTRAC pinpoints defects
VTRAC intelligent machine-vision software is an enhancement in the company’s Genius and KromaKing inspection systems. VTRAC enables the company’s systems to learn how each part or feature is made and correlate it to the machine performing the job upstream. While automatically performing its tracking and trending functions, when the system detects a problem, it immediately identifies the point-of-origin machine. It can then instantly alert or page personnel, send notification to a device, display it on a marquee, and/or shut down the line. By eliminating costly search and guesswork time, VTRAC helps to achieve spoilage reduction.
