The MIPI-OPT04 board uses the MIPI C-PHY/D-PHY Combo chip developed by the company to convert the MIPI signal into optical and transmit it to the PCIe-OPT01. In MIPI CSI C-PHY 3 Lane, it is possible to transmit 2.2 ~ 2.3 Gsym per lane, and in MIPI CSI D-PHY 4 Lane, it is possible to transmit 2.5 Gbps per lane. GPIO (General Purpose Input Output) has 4 bits (Sensor GPIO), 12 bits (General GPIO), and 12 bits (3.3V GPIO 4 bits, User GPIO 8 bits). It has 256MB (DDR3) memory for fast and precise image transfer. The MIPI-OPT04 board and sensor can communicate with I2C/SPI and are connected with a 60-pin ribbon cable.
