Deep learning powered smart camera introduced by Cognex

With the In-Sight D900 embedded vision system, Cognex now offers a smart camera running ViDi deep learning software designed for in-line inspection applications like optical character recognition (OCR), assembly verification, and defect detection. D905 and D902 smart cameras feature 5 MPixel and 2.3 MPixel monochrome CMOS image sensors with frame rates of 35 fps and 75 fps, respectively. In-Sight ViDi applications train on a GPU-enabled, Windows-based PC using an In-Sight ViDi training license. Once configured, projects deploy on the In-Sight D900 vision system.
