Gardasoft transfers business operations to CCS America

Pursuant to Gardasoft LLC's purchase by the CCS Group on January 1, 2021, CCS America assumed all business from Gardasoft from April 2021 and the company has announced that it will cease operations by the end of July.

CCS America will focus on strengthening relationships with Gardasoft's existing customers while Gardasoft continues to expand its North American presence.
