Volume rendering

At the home page of the Visualization Laboratory of the State of New York at Stony Brook (SUNYSB), three volumetric rendering and parallel-processing packages are described. VolVis, the university`s own volume-visualization package, is freely available in source and binary format for several computer architectures. Here, too, you can access data on SUSB`s research into volume rendering (the Cube project) and parallel volume rendering (PVR) or see how to build a flythough animation of the colon.
